The Tomb That Speaks to the Princedom of Arber

On 17 June 1984, in the village of Brar of Tirana, a tomb of the yesr 1201 was discovered, which speaks of the Princedom of Arber.

In it are sculpted 5 crosses and 5 arches, a sign of 5 members of the family of Arbër ruler.

Above it is the inscription: "Remind me, O Lord, your servant Mihal-Zegur, his wife and his grandchildren."

As it is well known, the Princedom of Arber was formed in 1190 and was the first Albanian feudal state that was documented and existed until the end of the 13th century./KultPlus
