From September 12, the new tariffs for residence permits have been applied for all Albanian emigrants living and working in Greece. Also, for economically independent persons, the tariff was 0 and it will be 1,000 euros. When has the implementation of the application of new tariffs for Albanian emigrants living and working in Greece started? On September 12, the new tariffs for residence permits have started, according to Law 4546/2018, which was approved by the Greek Parliament. Anyone who applies for the issuance or renewal of a residence permit will pay only 150 euros if his residence permit is issued on the basis of instructions from the European Commission. What are the residence permits that have a fee of 150 euros? From 12 September 2018 only 150 Euros are paid for these residence permits: family reunification permit; long term resident permit (Epi makron dimenontos); researchers; students; Highly Qualified Employees. When it does not inform you about the change of personal data and address, the emigrant will have a fine of 100 euros, while in case of repetition the fine will be 200 euros.
