Being the first Albanian to be head of such an institution, in a pronouncement on Albinfo.ch, Qëndresa is very grateful to all who enabled her to reach this point. It also promotes greater participation in elections by people with a background of migration.

She also believes that people from different countries of origin and residing in Switzerland should be more active, not necessarily only in politics, as well as in many areas of life, such as work, sports and humanitarian activities, because it enables a better coexistence between cultures and avoids misunderstandings or prejudices for each other. So we can live as one, without having to look at the country of origin.

In 2015 she had also run for deputies in the Swiss National Parliament. Though he did not achieve the goal, he had won the most votes among other Albanian candidates.

The candidacy for the National Parliament for the Center has been a very good experience, but she believes she will try to run again for the post of national MP, says Qëndresa for albinfo.ch.

Qëndresa has completed the profession as a dental assistant, then graduates, and this year begins studies in social sciences at PH (High School of Pedagogy) in Zurich, and also in September of this year she starts practicing in the association humanitarian, "Sozialwerke Pfarrer Sieber".
